My Version of Nutty Pudding

A variation on Bryan Johnson's Nutty Pudding, refined into a repeatable recipe Jonathan actually uses.

This is my own version of Bryan Johnson's Nutty Pudding. Redditors pieced together a version from screenshots and references, and I kept iterating until it turned into something I wanted to make regularly.

The goal is simple: something nutrient-dense, fairly repeatable, and good enough that it does not feel like pure optimization sludge.
